Batch Cleaning Salutations

We recommend to regularly clean constituent salutations, particularly if you’ve recently had an influx of constituents into your database from a campaign or event, and especially if you will be sending targeted communications using merge fields to personalize the content.

While our new constituent matching tool incorporates salutations, it’s always good to run a clean-up quarterly, so you can catch any constituents who may have fallen through the cracks.
