If you missed it… you’re the tinsel on our tree

Well, I think we can all agree that 2020 didn’t quite manifest how we thought it would.

But one thing remained true, no one knows the magical (and often challenging) world of nonprofits better than you. In the face of a global pandemic, alongside the wave of social justice issues, and a seemingly endless political environment of divisiveness – you stayed rooted in your mission. You were relentless in your push to make your communities a better place.

Personal change does not come easy, organizational change can be even more challenging. How do we have a fundraising gala when prohibited from gathering? How can we delivery food, clothing and necessities in the midst of a global pandemic? 2020 did not curtail your missions – it amplified them. But, if it has taught us anything, it is that we CAN change the way we implement our missions. We can adjust, we can adapt.  And we can do it quickly.

We are grateful to be your partner in this. We are grateful that we are your choice of software and we thank you for guiding us to adapt to the challenges of 2020. Thank you for inviting us into your organizations and allowing us to support your missions. And thank you for being a part of ours.

We appreciate you and all that you have done this year.

We wish we could’ve spent more time face-to-face. Trust us when we say, we cannot wait to see in-person again.

Tidying Up For Taxes

Tax receipt season is upon us! In the next month or two, lots of organizations will be issuing end-of-year tax receipts. Get a head start by spending some time cleaning up your data using the Duplicate Constituent Manager and cleaning up constituent salutations.
