Module Spotlight: Community Services
In partnership with the Issaquah Food & Clothing Bank, we built comprehensive Community Services tooling to help track the output of day-to-day services, manage service programs, and simplify otherwise complex reporting needs. Among features, our tooling allows you to manage clients (as Individuals and Households), track services across multiple locations and limit services based on customizable requirements
The Community Services Module also comes with a user-friendly web version, aimed at easing the volunteer experience. The web platform limits usage and access, securing sensitive data and allowing volunteers to still execute the distribution of needed services, with the consideration of COVID restrictions. It also features built-in volunteer management and tracking.
Wide-release of features, functionality and documentation is coming. But if you’re interested in early implementation, reach out now to get the ball rolling.
