All about the upgrades

Covid Times may have halted a lot of the working world, but we’ve been busier than ever with new features and upgrades.

Email Scheduler
We’ve added the highly requested ability to schedule email for a future date and time when using the email broadcaster from any module. After selecting the email asset, you’ll see the option to schedule. This new feature works with both Compass-360 and MailChimp assets. (Haven’t integrated Compass-360 with MailChimp?)

New Help Site
Mid-April we launched our renovated Help Site and began updating and adding how-to’s. You’ll find our search function is much more user-friendly. Check it out now!

What’s Next
If you’ve been spending Covid Times poking around Compass-360, than you may see a couple Beta 2.0 Modules floating around. We’re releasing upgrades to a handful of new modules (including the highly-anticipated Constituent Module) over the next couple months, streamlining functionality and enhancing usability.

1. Community Services Upgrade
Several enhancements to the client service check-in/out process to improve the user experience and the roll-out of the first volunteer clock-in/out screen to log time cards… May 2020

2. Insights Builder
Customizable query builder to segment your data and run reports on valuable metrics… June 2020

3. Pledges, Campaigns, Income & Constituents Upgrades
Improved usability and functionality similar to previous “2.0” interfaces, plus additional features… July/August 2020
