You’re It: Tags & Event Attendees

You can add custom tags to Compass-360 so that you can better track information unique to your organization about your constituents. You can also use tags at the attendee level in an event, for events that require a custom data point. When gathering custom or unique information about your guests when they are purchasing tickets, such as tee shirt size, you can do so by adding an attendee tag, and then selecting that attendee tag when you are setting up your event tickets.

Did you miss this month’s tips?

3/5 – You can configure ‘Access Codes’ within tickets in an event to give certain donors, attendees, or registrants access to discounted or specialized tickets that the general public cannot access.

3/11 – Spring cleaning time! Make sure you take the time to clean up email addresses before spring affairs begin!

3/18 – We’ve had some communication issues, if you a haven’t heard back from the Help Desk, reach out to Randi if you haven’t heard back.

The Tools We Use: Slack

Now with Slack Connect, you can invite external partners to share a channel in Slack, allowing you to collaborate from your separate workspaces – which means you!
